Apologies for the delay — shipping took a bit longer this time due to high logistics volume, but we're happy it reached you in good condition.

i paid on the website with a discount code, which worked, then days later for no reason was refunded. i was waiting for the item. i had to order again with a different price.
Reply from Kaiweets Tools2025-11-03
Hello. We feel really sorry for the confusion with your order. The reason your first purchase was refunded is that the 50% discount code you used was actually a unique code provided to another customer as a compensation offer for a product issue. Since that code was not meant for general use, the system automatically flagged the order and triggered a refund. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you were looking forward to receiving your item. I truly appreciate your understanding and your decision to reorder. If you’d like, We can offer you a valid discount code for your next purchase to make up for the inconvenience — please let us know.

Video quality is really good
Video quality is really good, and it came in a nice case. The menu system is easy to get around, and the unit feels good in my hand. The only downside I did not get the micro SD card as shown in the manual. It is built in and I can't use different SD cards for different types off jobs.
