I am very disappointed with Katapulta. Their prices are far too high for what they offer, and I don't believe the service provides good value for the money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to others and will not be using their services again.

The failure of Monro to fix the underlying problem with my vehicle resulted in the problem occurring again and the complete loss of my vehicle. Now I have to purchase a new vehicle and pay them for destroying my previous vehicle.
But the representative from Katapult was patient and empathetic. Her effort on my behalf helped to make a challeging situation easier to tolerate. It feels good to know that there still are dedicated customer service professionals.

I ordered my tires via online. I received an email that my tires had been delivered and I need to set up my installment appointment. I set up my appointment and arrived at my appointment only to be informed that only 3 of 5 tires had been delivered. I am a doctor and my work schedule was negatively impacted by this error. I asked to be compensated, I was informed that they are unable to do that. I am still waiting to know when my additional 2 tires will make it to the facility for installment and when I will be able to reschedule my installment. It has been 3 days.
