Rogelio did a great job. He demonstrated to us multiple times how to use the system and didn’t leave until he was sure we understood. He also had a great attitude despite working all day in the sun!

Fantastic service by Rogelio
Rogelio was our lead tech with Katchakid for our pool net installation. He showed up on time, was accommodating to last minute schedule changes, respectful of our home, and thorough with installation. He went through how to secure the pool net and remove it clearly. Appreciate his help and service!
Great service - great product
Matt was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job with our cover install. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and walked us through taking our cover on and off - with a couple of friendly tips as well. I’d recommend both him and Katch-a-kid to anyone with children.

Had the pool fence installed yesterday to ensure the young grandchildren would be safe when they visit. Matt was awesome. A true craftsman that takes pride in his work and was great to talk to. Thoroughly explained and demonstrated how the fence can be removed when not needed. I highly recommend this company.
Outstanding service!
Matt, Kirstie and Julie were so great to work with on our pool fence. Matt did a fantastic job installing the fence and making sure everything was perfect and safe. I’ve recommended Katchakid to my mom as well for her to get a pool fence/net and told her to ask for Matt.
Katchakid
lavandis, Dakota and Mike did a great job. They made sure I knew how to use the device and practiced it with me a couple times. They called and confirm the appointment and did everything exactly as they said they would. Great job.
Excellent service and installation
Matt and Andrew did an amazing job installing our fence. Before getting started, they made sure they had all of our input correct, and before finishing, they checked in to see if there was anything they may have missed. The project was completed over the course of two days, and throughout the entire process they were professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. The end result is a beautiful fence and the peace of mind of knowing my little one will not accidentally wander into the pool. The self closing and self latching gate gives me confidence that it will always close securely behind me. When we have larger gatherings, it is also incredibly convenient to be able to put down half of the fence with ease. I would highly recommend Katchakid to any parent looking for a pool fence installation.
Consultation & Installation
This review is solely based on the initial and installation process with Katchakid as we JUST had it installed and have not used it enough to fully review the product itself. The initial consult staff are great and really friendly. I was surprised at how easy that process was since the company is out of state. The installation was great. Rogelio was our installer and he arrived right on time and worked diligently to complete the install in about 4 hours. After it was complete he explained the whole process from start to finish on how to use it. He was open and honest that it's going to take some practice before it becomes second nature to take the net off and on which I really appreciated. I do agree that this net and all that come with it are a bit pricey for what you get and I can realistically see where some folks' complaints and issue may stem from just by our first couple of practices with the system but only time will give us a full picture of everything. As of now, we are satisfied with our purchase.
