I recently needed a rod for the mini lifter which I offered to buy a new rod or the mini lifter if needed. They sent me a new rod even though it was on memorial day weekend it was to my house within days.
The website is easy to navigate, the checkout is simple and shipping was a bit pricey but on time.
It worked great for the first 10 pulls then became to squiggly and lost its adhesion factor, also it cost 60 bucks and u sent me such a small amount! IAm a big fan of keco products . Don’t ruin it . I’ve referred a lot of people to your products. Just sayin .
