Very quick response and delivery, the product is good but with no instructions my first attempt to use the product was a disaster as I put it on the wrong way, my second attempt worked just great , very comfortable and easy removed so I’m pleased with my purchase.
Delivery took longer than i had anticipated. No instructions on howcto apply product. Disappointed.

These pants are absolute garbage and the company selling them are total scammers! Advertised as having: "RUGGED DURABILITY - Crafted with a blend of cotton, polyester, and spandex, these tactical pants for men feature enhanced stitching for outdoor resilience" - they broke on their first use. Keepfaithe.com first offered me 2GBP and have now upped it to 3GBP. They know their products are rubbish but won't give a refund. Now in the hands of the credit card company.
Pure scam. DO NOT USE THEM. They never delivered. Terrible communications. . No attempt to 'rearrange' delivery or to refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Absolutely agree with all the negative comments I have read on Trustpilot. I would give minus 10 if option was there. The item I ordered did not fit and I found was labelled wrongly. Supplier would not accept what I said, eventhough I sent photographs. They agreed to refund me, but only after I returned the item as a tracked parcel at my expense - TO CHINA!!!! Stay clear of them
Bought and paid through PayPal 2 bras cost £48. 2 months later and several emails they turned up.Neither are fit for purpose. Tried to contact but no response and website disappeared.
Actually there is nothing wrong with the item, its just that I have grown a little more than I expected. The items are fine, decent quality and a great design. All I am trying to do is return them and get a larger size. 4 emails, several messages on their board and as yet.....NO RESPONSE. I will be sure NOT to use this company again.
Do not purchase anything from this company, they are nothing more than scammers, beneath contempt. The shorts I purchased were cheap, the wrong size and nothing near what was described. I tried to send them back but there was no return address, eventually after bombarding them with emails I eventually received a contact address in some backwater in deepest darkest China. To return them would cost as much as I paid for them. Tried to complain through Paypal which was a waste of time and ended up with a £5 refund. They purport to be from the USA but make no mistake they are from China. Lesson for me, stick to legitimate companies even if you need to pay more. If Trustpilot gave an option for negative stars this lot would be at the bottom.
I ordered a pair water proof cargo type trousers the one they sent me were nothing like the one I ordered they wer cheap and and poor quality the pockets were all different and when contracted customer service they told me there were superior quality and I won't be getting a refund I will never shop with them again I'm also going post on Facebook YouTube and all the uther social media sites and worn people not to shop there they are nothing but scammers
Giving them a one star is pretty generous, I ordered some trousers from them and was shocked just how badly made they were, the stitching is atrocious, it's loose and coming apart, in some places there is no stitching at all. The customer service is almost non existent, I sent them numerous pictures showing the problem and got an email back saying they are of superior quality and asking if I can give them to someone else. I told them they belong in the bin and I'd be ashamed to give them to someone else. I put several bad reviews on their site and they deleted them. I would suggest you don't buy anything from this company.
I would really reconsider using this site. I ordered some work trousers from here..I looked st the size chart and ordered xxl size. When I eventually got them they did not fit. Be mindful if ordering clothes.. the material is rubbish and they will not fit western people. The returns policy is useless as I emailed customer services for the return address. They said it would be too expensive to return and offered me £2 compensation on an item that cost over £20. I have repeatedly asked them for the returns address. Which they haven't given me. They even said could I not give the trousers to someone else!!. Totally joke. I'm reporting them to trading standards as they do not abide by the returns policy. Really do not order from them. No good and bad cheep quality.
I wish I’d looked here before I bought. Same as everyone else the shorts are wrong style ,wrong size and email reply to complaint a joke. Scammers who are getting away with ripping people off.Don’t go near them.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My order came 5 weeks late and the product was not true to the size. I ordered a strapless bra which which had great advertising. However, the bra was 3 cups smaller. When I challenged this they said I was sent the right product and offered me £2 compensation and advised me to give the product to someone else. Are you having a laugh? Wish I had done my research before buying! STAY WELL CLEAR!
Ordered a pair of mens shorts and then due to an offer an other pair within a minute. These orders went to two separate companies. Tried to cancel but was to late (90 secs later) Charged for taxes, no mention of this on website. One pair of shorts arrived good 4/5 inches lacking in waist, other pair still not appeared,no reply after numerous emails. One down to experience!!
How is this company allowed to operate in uk.They advertise constantly on Facebook with videos of these fantastic men’s shorts top quality material and features.When the shorts arrived the sizing was incorrect the shorts were not as advertised ie no Velcro fastening on the waist and the material quality poor. Sent several emails and photos to them with all the information they asked for.I was eventually offered no return of the shorts and £3 compensation and no refund the shorts were over £20.The company is operating from the USA . They do no advertise that they are operating from abroad in any of the adverts and say return costs are too expensive for the customer. This is a scam
I experienced all of the difficulties that others have described with this company. The shorts I received were 5 inches smaller than they should have been. They charged more than they said they were going to. They will not take the shorts back and will not issue a refund. This is a scam from China, avoid buying anything from them.
Advertised product for Fathers day. Arrived several weeks after the day. No indication this was being sent from abroad (US). Product didn't fit. Would therefore need to pay postage back to China. Complete scam. Stay away from this company
