We are truly sorry the fit wasn't right. Sizing for Irish Dance is uniquely complex, as shoes must fit like a second skin. Even with the same foot length, factors like arch, instep, width, and personal fit preference change the required size.
To minimize return costs, we always advise using the cheapest standard shipping. For future orders, many dancers find it best to buy two sizes at once to compare the fit, and then return the unwanted pair in a single shipment to save on postage.
Thank you for your feedback, and we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience.
Best regards,
The Keilys Team

Your company made magic! The Irish cap was a birthday gift for my son, arrived in perfect timing, and he popped it on, and
was delighted with the fit, the colour; I so appreciate Keily's and couldn't wait to be asked. Hats off to you! 🍀 ☘

Loved how accessible everything was! Easy to use website, clear indicators for what size each ghillie was and the differences and options were fantastic for all Irish dance needs. I LOVE the Fay's Platinum Suede soles 6.5 (I'm a US 8.5) the size fits perfectly and the soles have a spongy comfortable and durable layer inside which is key for older dancers! Delivery was swift and the quality was incredible.

My order was delivered in a timely manner and well packaged. I ordered two Harris and Tweed mini handbags bags and both are really beautiful and very well made. I will be pleased to gift these two bags to my daughters!

Loved the towels
Loved the towels. I had bought one in Ireland last summer and love it for the kitchen. Dries dishes well and washes up beautifully.
The service was excellent. Didn't wait long. All the same great quality.

My daughter has been Irish dancing competitively for 17 years so I’m a well-versed Irish dance mom. For the past few years, I’ve been getting all of her shoes, and plenty of socks, laces etc through Keily’s. She wears a wide jig shoe and it is rare that the feis vendors carry them. I have had such a great experience with Keilys. Once, another company sent me regular width shoes right before the Oireachtas by mistake. I reached out to Keilys and they were able to get me the correct shoes in a jiffy. They are super responsive and have a great inventory. I 100% recommend Keilys for your Irish dance needs!!

You guys are just awesome! Thanks for accommodating my last minute need for new shoes for my daughter. They arrived super quickly and are perfect. The fact that you were gracious enough to ensure an easy return/exchange is they didn’t work was a cherry on top.
