I've been using the K&F magnetic MRC Nano polarizers for several months now, and they've been great. The price was fantastic, with no loss in quality compared to other brands. I'll always look to K&F for my filter needs.

It was my 1st time ordering from them, recommended by a dear videographer friend, and I have to say, I love that I could find what I was looking for at a better price, free shipping, gift.. I love my new tripod, I use it all the time, and the 3in1 filter is just wow. I put it on my favorite lens, which is the 70-200mm, and I shoot with it most of the time. Definitely recommend them🤍

I’m very pleased with my purchase from K&F Concept. I ordered a camera bag and a set of extra batteries, and both arrived well packaged and exactly as described. The camera bag feels sturdy and well made, with plenty of space for my camera and lenses while still being comfortable to carry. The extra batteries have also been really useful, especially when shooting for longer periods away from a charger. The ordering process was simple, delivery was quick, and everything arrived in excellent condition. Overall, I think the quality and value are very good for the price, and I’d happily order from K&F Concept again.
I have had good and bad experiences…
I have had good and bad experiences with the store. Their camera filters are great, and well priced. Their flash accessories are also great. Their magnetic adapter rings are low priced, and have fit all other brands of magnetic filters I have used. Their fluid heads, on the other hand, are cheap, clunky, and poorly built. Tightening the lock nut will leave a permanent dent in the aluminum, which will make panning smoothly impossible. A the end of the day stick with their filters and you won't be disappointed.

I have been using Kentfaith products for past two years, and I am genuinely very happy with their products. I received the products in India within the stipulated time, and they are doing extremely well, considering their quality is amazing for the price. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service and customer care. They offered a free replacement on a product that became defective after 6 month of use, despite no explicit warranty was offered by the manufacturer (at least I could not see it).

One of my products was lost in the mail, but I contacted customer service representative Claire via email and quickly received a replacement. I’d like to express my gratitude for that, but I’m still very unhappy with DHL’s mistake.
I ordered two items from Kentfaith
I ordered two items from Kentfaith. After receiving my items I decided to return one item WELL withing their 30 day return. Is was a Changed my mind return and realized I would pay for the shipping to return. No problem with that since it's a No reason return. I read in detail what is required of me to receive an RMA authorization # from them through email only. I sent detail pictures that the one item was still brand new in box with everything originally sent with it. NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER!!! I waited the 3-6 days stated it would take the company to respond and send authorization # so I could pay a trackable return to them for a refund. After 6 business days NOTHING!! I then call and spoke with a rep and told them I sent everthing company requried to get that auth#. She said she would notified that department of my emails and this call and expect to hear back from them... ONCE AGAIN NOTHING. Worst customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM..... I will be calling my credit card company and charging that one items full amount back...

Buyer Beware Need to post back to China!
Buyer Beware. Kenfaith is in China not in Australia. I purchased an item I received the item that was damaged with missing parts. I contacted Kenfaith. And they are saying to get a refund I must pay for posting the item back to China and pay for postage and custom. This is a Chinese company not operating in Australia. Beware if you have any product issue. I opened a case with PayPal also. Update: After initial communication issues and receiving an open/faulty item, Kentfaith support stepped in and issued a full refund (PayPal) without requiring an international return. Amending rating to reflect the eventual resolution.
