I bought a office 2024 licence through a groupon deal. Downloading and activating went very smoothly. However, a few weeks later when starting word I got the "your product key is not valid" message. I contacted keyup support and within hours I had a new, working, product key. In short, though not everything went smoothly, the support department definitely is top notch.
