K&F CONCEPT 79" Camera Tripod f O234A7+BH-28L
Bought a K&F Concept tripod via Amazon which unfortunately was missing the quick release plate. Amazon put me in touch with the K&F customer service (Rhian) who was very helpful and quickly arranged for the missing part to be delivered within 2 days. The tripod is well engineered and holds my Nikon P950 steadily for taking long range exposures at slow shutter speeds. Quick and easy to set up and light weight for carrying. Great value and excellent customer service.
Dear Peter, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. Your words have truly made our team's day. 😊 We sincerely apologize that your tripod arrived missing the quick release plate — that's certainly not the unboxing experience you deserved. However, we're absolutely delighted that Rhian from our customer service team was able to step in and help. We're proud to hear that she was very helpful and arranged for the missing part to be delivered within just 2 days. We'll be sure to share your kind words with her and the entire team. We're also thrilled to hear that the tripod itself is well engineered and holds your Nikon P950 steadily for long-range exposures at slow shutter speeds — that's exactly the kind of real-world performance we design our gear for. Knowing that you find it quick to set up, lightweight to carry, and a great value means the world to us. Thank you for your patience, your trust, and for recognizing both our product quality and our customer service. We're honored to have you as part of the K&F CONCEPT family. K&F CONCEPT Team
