Ive now bought 3 items from Kits n more. I know nothing about football and wanted and specific items/ wording and these guys are so helpful. The quality is exceptional and delivery very quick I would definitely recommend!!
I made 3 different purchases throughout the last year or two, all were delivered in specified timeline, good quality shirts. Will keep purchasing from them. Go Crystal Palace!!
Used them a number of times. The quality of kits is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.
Nice quality football kit, bought for grandson who was delighted. Delivery was timely, kept informed. Has been washed numerous times and still in one piece. Cannot fault for the price
Ordered a few times from here quality is great and service is always spot on.
Fantastic, brought 8 shirts from this site, always reliable, the other reviews are clearly not looking at what they are paying and the size of the business. Would recommend to everyone. Keep up the good work
I Ordered a Kit for my son and he is thrilled with it. Amazing customer service and the kits are really good quality. I definitely will be using them again. 5*
Ordered the new England shirt and also the new Liverpool shirt. Both were excellent quality and communication with Dan was very good. Highly recommended and also the price of the items were excellent 👍🏻
Steer well clear, ordered, received confirmation of order. Then suddenly cancelled with no email confirming. It seems they allow you to booon and pay without knowing their stock. Very poor
Customer was sent an email and refunded straight away regarding their item was out of stock from external supplier.
I've come to the conclusion that I've been scammed by this website. My son has saved up his pocket money to buy a kit and it still hasn't arrived. I was sent one email showing the delivery label but when the kit still didn't arrive, I emailed to check. The response was that it had been sent back but was now resent. This was over a week ago.
Customer received item once was resent.
Great communication set expectations and delivered exactly as promised, oh and the shirts are great too! Thank you Daniel - saving for next buy!
So I have been waiting since February for my item, when I emailed I was told it had failed delivery but cctv on my house does not capture any failed deliveries. Was told numerous times it was on route as needed it by last weekend so I told him I’d give it until today. This has still not arrived. Asked for a refund but if it’s anything like the communications I’ll probably receive nothing. Seller then offered me £30 to take off my review I have screenshots of proof and screenshots of all my communications so basic lies from the seller! Anyone wanting the proof email me robynmcardle1@aol co Uk I’ll send it all over to you.
Had proof that occupier didn’t take their item at door and then didn’t collect item from local sorting office. Buyer then ignored my further emails.
Daniel was superb and very helpful the tracksuit i ordered his fantastic 👏 😀 I would 💯 buy again from this site
Ordered two shirts and can honestly say they are fantastic, the detail is amazing and great quality. Also reasonably priced. Very happy and will order from again 😊
Amazing service fast delivery and the kits are fantastic quality im so happy with it thankyou!
American here. Kits are top notch, and the service is even better. Daniel goes out of his way to make sure his customers are satisfied. I plan on doing much more business with these guys.
Always a great service. Even when product size not what was expected, simple comms and an easy resolution. It is dealing with issues that have gone wrong and managing them is what earns high praise.
