Knifeworks

My order was sent out right away and I …

My order was sent out right away and I received it the same week I ordered it. I ordered by phone and the person I ordered from was very professional and friendly.

Excellent company

The order was quickly shipped and delivered, the company is excellent at protecting the buyer against fraud. The customer service is professional, kind and extremely helpful. Great at keeping the customer informed about their order. Will definitely do business with them again.

Knifeworks is great

Knifeworks is great! I called to order a knife because I had 3 separate gift cards... they made it a breeze to process! I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Good prices and fast shipping but I…

Good prices and fast shipping but I don't appreciate having to pay a restocking fee on a return. Other online knife retailers don't do this.

Quick and to the point

Quick and to the point. Fast shipping.

Always reliable . . .

It has been a while since I have ordered from knifeworks.com. I've been away from the hobby for a year or two. My previous orders were processed and shipped quickly, so I was confident that would be true again in 2025. I wasn't disappointed. Prices were good, too!

Great

Great! Every easy and shipping was fast

Good stuff

Good stuff, nice knife.

Highly recommend this business.

The quality and selection of products is routinely excellent. As it was with this most recent purchase. Fast and reliable shipping as well.

This experience was pretty good

This experience was pretty good. I ordered what I wanted, and they sent me my order. Sometimes with this site you will order something, and they won't send you your order. Very strange. They won't rip you off, but they might choose not to fulfill an order. I guess they hate money.

Good product

Good product, prompt attention to the order and quick shipping. Would use again.

My questions were answered and order was deliverd quickly.

Great help and service on my order.

Superior service

Superior service, fast shipping, no hassles, couldn't ask for any better.

I have purchased 2 knives in the past…

I have purchased 2 knives in the past year and both times they were sent out quickly and arrived well packaged and in good condition. The Civivi m2 backup was my most recent purchase. It's been discontinued and the price was drastically reduced. The fit an finish is excellent. The sheath fits perfectly and the knife is secure in it. Knifeworks is a great retailer!

Order was perfect

Order was perfect. Took off one star because the order took several days to ship. But accuracy and quality...perfect.

Quality of purchase Sub-Par

First time this has ever happened ordering form your company, and I purchased alot of knives from you. The box the knife came in was damaged like it was used, and the knife was not sharp, I don’t want to say professional so I will say I am an experienced knife sharpener and collector.

Great service & fast delivery

Complete satisfaction

Great price, prompt and free shipping. Knifeworks is doing what many companies these days are not. Thank you!!!
