Bought a seat cushion from their advert which is very misleading from the pictures it is absolute rubbish very thin does not give any additional height to user it is very thin pad not worth 29p let alone £29. I would have given 0 as a score if available

The product did not match the pictures on the website, the material was poorly constructed and not high quality. I ordered a custom bomber jacket, and what was received was nothing even close to comparison.
Communication & customer service was poor as well on the follow up.

Ended up with 15 wasn't very happy with the logo that was put on the first 15 then contacted them saying I was missing two and they had offered to send them which they did but they are a different jersey the logo is way better which I would have much rather on all the shirts.

This Company have received 3/4 emails from me and have not responded to any even though several days have passed.
We placed an extremely large order and got free express delivery (2-5) working days. Today is day 6 order shipped 20/03 and there has been no response from the retailer to inform me of the location of my shipment. (tracking has stopped updating). 48 hours since last update. I'm more bothered of the lack of communication as we would really like to receive our Football kits. This is the last resort to receive contact before I pursue a refund via PayPal.
