I ordered a neon sign for my sons room. Arrived scratched all over, large and very visible air bubbles in the black areas of the football. the cut out was visible underneath. I asked for a refund and they have asked me to send it back to china - no postage label, nothing. £55 down the drain. Lesson learned.
