Item that was sent was substantially different to what was ordered. What arrived was a cheap-looking, digitally printed, plastic/nylon/acrylic, knock-off version of what's shown in the listing images. Fabric was different, trims are not as shown, no lining, exposed internal seam details (that are obviously visible when you wear the garment). Happy to share comparison photos and screenshots, but no such option provided here. "Company" expected me to spend over half the original cost of the garment yet AGAIN before they'd even consider refunding any part of the original purchase. Sounds like a scam to me! It was a birthday gift that we could not use. :( I had paid for express delivery this seemed to not be taken into account and after a week I emailed to chase up the order to be told it had not been started.
