I have been using ms bond shampoo line and most of the other products like hair mask and posch. I’m really disappointed I feel like the ingredients have been changed. I used to get compliments on my hair how soft and better it feels. And now it has been more dry for some reason. And this lat order I have received the caps to the bottles are always broke or fall apart. They seem really flimsy.
I love my hairdryer - it is so much lighter to hold up. It has made shampooing my hair not such a difficult task. I am 79 and have had a badly broken wrist, elbow and shoulder from a fall. This has helped a lot.
I love all the hair products I have gotten from L`ange. I purchased the leave in spray conditioner for my granddaughter because she has really curly hair and it tangles at night. She loves it and it makes it so easy to comb her hair.
I bought the multi brush hair dryer, because I was having trouble switching manytimes between warm and cool with my old L’ange dryer. I was hoping a new dryer would have improved controls, but the new one is even more difficult to switch temps.i can hardly get the switch to change temps.
I have reverted to my old dryer, then I will search for a different brand with easier dials/switches.
I have been using Lange products and tools for about 7 years. Customer service is always great, and all tools/products are professional quality. My favorites are Marula Oil, Sorbet, and Glass Hair. I recently tried the hair mask and I love it also!
I was looking for a more light weight hair dryer. This one was a bit heavier than anticipated. I previously owned a L’ange hair dryer which unfortunately broke, but it was very lightweight.
I was just very confused about the shipping. Seems like it took much longer than I expected.

The hair dryer itself is great. It drys my hair faster and is light weight. The diffuser that was an extra cost, is complete junk and does not stay on the hair dryer at all. Shipping took 2 plus weeks and no communication letting me know it was delayed.
Shipping was delayed & as soon as it was brought to their attention they had my items shipped. And when an item was missing from my order, they immediately shipped a replacement!! Super friendly & helpful through the whole process!!
