Battery is great except that when it got here, it was at 94.67% of its full capacity. But otherwise, it’s been running smoothly without any issues.

There was very little ability to track package. It took an exceptionally long time to receive my package. The product itself appears to be an exact replacement part and is working fine.

There was no logistics information from the 18th to the 25th because the package was either waiting or taking a flight, so there was no logistics update. This is a normal situation. However, during the period from the the United States when customs clearance was completed and the goods were delivered to the destination, the logistics information was updated every day.Thanks
Ordered twice, both batteries came as new in great condition and exactly as expected per the picture and description on the site. The battery come packaged carefully with protective wrapping to prevent damage, which is appreciated and why I ordered the second time around (different laptops)

Battery arrived with 82% charge and I followed 'battery usage instructions" for cycling the battery through 3 charge cycles for best battery performance and calibration. I appreciated learning how to care for this battery and ensure it as long a life as possible. This battery was an exact replacement for the original battery that came with my laptop a little over 10 years ago. It was difficult to track shipment through the company's website as well as the shipping company's site via the tracking number but that may be due to it coming from overseas and having to go through customs. I was getting concerned it was not going to arrive, especially when I began receiving multiple notifications that it had been delivered when in fact it had not, but in the end I found it in my mailbox. All's well that ends well and at least this time I didn't have to resort to Amazon which listed one for more money. Thanks to Laptop Battery Shop!

The only place I could find my battery from, and the owner kept in contact each step of the way! More importantly I needed something oversees and this was the only place able to ship to me. It came packaged with care so overall good quality, the battery/product was in perfect condition, and I got it in an expected time frame
