Still haven’t received a order I ordered 3 weeks ago when said it would be here in 3-5 business days.
Hi Kailee, all orders are sent out within 1-2 business days along with a USPS tracking number and insurance. You've emailed us regarding this issue and we've replied back but you took over 10 days to answer us back so we can help you locate your order. We also sent you a new replacement order with a new tracking number after you've reached out to us. No instructions came with the product. It turned my gums white and burned. I think I am supposed to get additional shipments but I see no way to cancel.

The gel you've ordered is for Professional Use only. This should not be used at home or without any proper training or certifications. If you are not trained to use this gel please stop immediately as you can cause serious damage to your clients.
