There's no way to download the document even after paying. When you try to select finish and print it bumps back to the "my documents" page, where there is no option to download.

Never received my document after I paid for it then wants to charge my almost $40.00 a month , I have notified my Bank and they are going to investigate and press charges if this is a scam.
