I did two different classes but only received a certificate for one class. I asked about this and I have still not received an answer.

The app is good, fair price for value and convenient. The content is great. The UX seems to have gone backwards a hair since my last subscription- search and filter are not as powerful or nuanced as prior versions. Also the ability to vary speed is gone; that may be due to bar associations but it was convenient. Thank you for considering my feedback.

They charge your credit card through Google wallet after telling you that they WON'T do that because your credit card number has changed, thus lulling you into a false sense of security that they are NOT going to attempt to renew. Just another scam.

I don’t realize I had it for a limited trial When I paid a couple hundred dollars. Website was extremely hard to navigate. Basically impossible. Help option was of no help. Could not find a number to speak with anyone about these problems. I feel like I was robbed.
