Had the worst experience ever with…
Had the worst experience ever with lawline, due to the customer service representative Charisse. I contacted them for a refund because I turned 75 in December and no longer need cle’s. She said she could not refund me because the subscription renewed in December and apparently I took 3 live courses in January of 26. This should not matter. I no longer need the courses. She should have immediately refunded me, instead she said since the courses were 100 bucks a piece, which I am sure is false, I couldn’t get my refund. I hope the higher ups see this and either get rid of or properly train this representative. The customer is always right. Terrible experience. I will no longer be recommending people because my colleagues are my age and I fear the same thing may happen where they will be out of over 200 bucks unfairly.

I’ve used Lawline for since 2018 to complete my CLE requirements. Lawline has classes across a variety of interests and I am able to sample other areas that I might not otherwise be able to do. The instructors are knowledgeable and the presentations are informative. My favorite class this year was learning about gun ownership prior to the Revolutionary War.

Lawline auto-renews without warning you first
The CLE videos were fine, but at the end of my annual term Lawline charged my credit card for another year without warning me first, which (in my state) violates consumer protection laws. I had to call them and demand a refund.

I lose my progress any time I pause a video for more than a few minutes. I have had to re-listen to nearly every class multiple times. Would not purchase again or recommend.
