Great experience great quality of work. The service is pretty easy to use and straight forward. Things only get complicated when it’s rescheduled. That is the only part that I would work on. Assure the day scheduled is the day of service. Outside of that I suggest this for anyone that’s constantly busy but need it done. There is not a lot of communication needed. The service provider does great and pretty automated.
Lackluster to disappearing service and support.
Service was HIGHLY unreliable. One guy did so so service )half the time missed half of the edging and blowing) then quit without notification (no we did not complain and even still tipped him because it is hot out here) . The next person kept messaging that he was on the way, was ten minutes away, and never showed. Four hours later he rescheduled our service to a completely different week without notification. Customer service is darn near nil and not helpful. Do yourself a favor look somewhere else or just do it yourself at least then you will know when your service will occur and can be assured of the quality, especially if you actually take pride in what you do.

From the start, my lawn mowing was NEVER done on the scheduled date. It was ALWAYS rescheduled and after not having my grass cut for over 2 weeks (scheduled for weekly cutting) and rescheduled every day, I cancelled the service (nonservice). Always inclement weather or equipment breakdown was given as an excuse. I was promised that I was on the "top of the list" but they NEVER showed up. I admit there was lots of rain, but mornings & early afternoons were always clear.
Unreliable Support. Bad communication. Inconsistent Contractors and Support
The company agreed upon a price, and later did not provide service as agreed and tried to charge me double as one single-family 0.25 acre lot shared two addresses. They said they "fixed" the issue, however, the issue persisted every time I was assigned a new "Pro". They tried to charge me double for having two addresses on the same lot, after already charging me an increased price to INCLUDE both addresses. Do not use this service.
My yard is not the best looking yard
My yard is not the best looking yard, but Zach made it look presentable. He also did a portion of the yard and ask me if the height he did was ok or did I want it shorter. I really appreciate that he didn't just mow it really short without checking with me. LawnStarter took the time to find out what I needed, suggested other services, but they were not pushy trying to get me to do something I'm not ready for yet.

Our experience with Lawn Starter got off to a bumpy start, rescheduling pros and constant changes, but once we found the right pro for us, everything is so much better. Our pro is great, service is great, being able to communicate with both Lawn Starter and our pro is a plus. Our yard looks neat and we know that every 2 weeks as requested, the grass will be mowed, trimming done, and clean up done. Our pro stays in contact whenever he is coming and he always arrives on time and goes straight to work. It is a satisfying feeling to know that this particular chore is taken care of, something we do not have to be concerned about. The price quoted for our lawn service is very fair and is in fact, lower than others who have been here to do the same job. Yes, we would recommend Lawn Starter.

They have ALWAYS been prompt and arrived when promised. It has not always been easy to find a service that provides the quality of detail that I provided when I was able to do it myself. I was VERY meticulous!!!! Lawn Starter with Jeffrey has filled that niche nicely!!!!!
