Purchased a riding helmet for my first time rider via online pick up. I ordered the incorrect size as I truly wasn't sure which size I needed. The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond and called another store to see if a smaller size was available as it wasn't available at the location I went to. He was able to find one in her size. Friendly and helpful customer service.

Service had some glitches
Service was not especially fast. When the shoes arrived, one had clearly been unpacked and possibly tried on -- the plastic bag was missing, as was the shaped cardboard insert in the shoe itself.
