Great customer service!!! Exchanged shoes for my 98 y/o mother-in-law several times so the fit would be correct. I'm referring to the Concord/Kannapolis, NC location. Wonderful clerks!!!

The order was filled quickly which was much appreciated however at pickup the customer service was slightly awkward and uncomfortable. I assumed that the Christmas rush made the workers tired but I went home with a “do not return to that store ” mindset. I was not greeted when I entered (There were several workers at the register) and when I approached the counter it wasn’t a warm greeting then. Of course I am aware this isn’t required to do the job but it does make a huge difference (for example if I felt more comfortable I may have shopped around prior to picking up my order but I felt like I was supposed to get out quickly). I was very pleased with my order and its quality however next time I may get my order shipped instead.
