I am in a process of trying to get 70 quid back from them for 2 month's worth of subscription. I never agreed to this in the first place. They should be ashamed of themselves. Update: I have been refunded the whole amount since writing this review for which I am grateful but my opinion still stands. All I wanted was one phonecall with a solicitor, not a subscription!

Not free but worth it.

I was under impression this was free legal advice. There was a question early in the process, about ability to pay: Very likely; Probably; Not likely; or Absolutely not. My answer was Not likely- but i now wonder if selecting Absolutely not would have changed the deal offered $35/mo(50percent off) 1st mo trial w/auto renewal at $70/mo. Also clearly gave me the impression a phone call was an option to chatting, when you are connected with actual assigned lawyer. It is not. It’s $39 to talk on the phone! Having said that, the actual info, advice, possible outcomes, general tone was excellent. No judgement. No legal-speak. No rushing. And I have a month to heed the advice, and be in contact w/legalanswers.com for next steps if I need to.
