Please don’t play here! The place is horrible. Games malfunction and you provide screen shots and everything else they ask for then they mention something about RTP which has nothing to do with the games crashing over and over but still taking your money. I also had two redemptions at the same time. One was processed but the bigger of the two ignored in hopes id lose it back which I did. They promise email updates on tickets and provide ZERO! Then when you finally have had enough and type a curse word boom. They get offended and close your account so they avoid any sort of ownership. This place will do whatever it takes to cheat you out of money. Customer service is the WORST in the industry.
