I was contacted by Lendah to follow up on applications I had made in the past, and as such considered me a customer. They contacted me to legitimately inquire as to whether I had a need for a loan at this time, and whether Lendah could be of assistance. I had the great pleasure of speaking with Julie Fortado, a Senior Program Consultant with the lender. Julie was not only professional and efficient; she was considerate and truly interested in my needs and how she could help me. She was friendly and gregarious throughout. We had a very good conversation and took a holistic review of all elements involving my current eligibility, needs, and options. Getting started on research for the best way to get ahead on paying off debt. I feel very fortunate to have gotten Peter E as my CSR to help educate me on my options. The pros and cons for each and to come up with a plan that works for me. He's very polite, knowledgeable and never made me feel pressured to make a choice. He just laid out the options and we went from there. Easy and efficient - great experience so far for me!
