However, some customers also noted difficulties regarding delayed service delivery and occasional communication gaps from the support team. A few reviewers experienced significant frustration when trying to obtain refunds or dealing with unresolved problems after purchasing. These individuals specifically mentioned experiencing long waiting times and unhelpful responses when problems arose during their orders.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I’ve had nothing but good experiences. This was the third boost I’ve bought, and they are really fast. They really put in the effort, even when farming a mount takes a long time. I’ll happily use their services again whenever something else comes up ^^
Used them twice already, both experiences have been great! Fast delivery and amazing customer support!
The process was quick and easy, couldn’t be more happier, thank you!
This team is by far the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Professional, friendly, quick and very informative. I would definitely be inclined to do business with them again in the future. Thanks for everything you guys.
Sounds bad but probably bought £150 worth of blueprints and I received them all and they even made sure to escort me to the hatch then drop the bps for me, well recommend will be coming back
Second order placed. First was 300k to test waters. Second is 500k. Both were smooth and bit time consuming BUT they didnt exceed making me wait over an hour(unlike a few other sites that boast on quickness) on delivery. Worked very well with me to get it done. Might do a 3rd order but we will see.
I found this service to be easy to use and provided fast delivery. I am glad to have chosen this website as a first-time user
Great communication! They sent me code within 30 mins of purchase. Got my camo grind done in like 10 minutes instead of hours. They don’t need to log in into your account. Recommended!!! Actually legit for illicit cargo cherry fizz
The staff was amazing and helped me and explained things very well, Super fast and easy and definitely will buy again!
The customer service is SO QUICK and friendly. I had my doubts, but it was so worth it. Definitely will be using them again. 💙💙
Fast friendly service. Affordable pricing.
Simple, easy and affordable
Always good service, quick, safe, and very reliable.
Awesome service, have used these guys many times and will continue to. This is the only service I have used and trust. They are always fast, kind and offer great deals! A++
run was fine, a couple of wipes but it as a mythic raid, no big. my issues is i didnt get cash back for my purchase of "pre-order" credits or for the run at $215. if you buy beware you [rob are not going to get your cash back.
Hello! Thanks for the review. Glad the Mythic run went well! Regarding the cashback: we never hold back what you've earned. Our system is automatic, but sometimes pre-order credits or specific promotions require a manual check. We want to fix this for you immediately. Please contact us at [email protected] or via our 24/7 live chat referencing this review, and our team will credit any missing cashback to your account right away. Best regards, Customer Support Max
Very slow process to get the gp, I thought it was a scam site after the first 30 minutes of waiting but they finally showed up about 45 minutes after my purchase was made. Won’t use again.
Hello! A 45-minute wait is an exception to our rule, as our deliveries are usually much faster. We are glad your gold arrived safely and hope to provide you with a better experience next time. Best regards, Customer Support Max
these guys are bogus. they continue to give you excuse after excuse like bs like “the host has a power outage”. they will continue to string you along and then give a another bogus excuse that you won’t get your refund for multiple days. horrible business and do not recommend
Hello Jesse, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the service delays and our poor communication. We completely understand how aggravating it is to hear about unexpected operational issues like power outages, and we regret that our transparency felt like an excuse. Regarding your refund, we never delay payments intentionally. Once approved on our end, standard banking protocols typically require 2 to 5 business days to clear the funds back into your account. We take full responsibility for not explaining this timeline clearly from the start. We would truly appreciate the chance to verify your transaction status and turn this experience around. Please contact us at [email protected] or via our 24/7 live chat so we can prioritize your case and provide your receipt immediately! Best regards, Customer support Max
