LifeLock is excellent at monitoring a customer's credit activity. I hadn't left the establishment where I was applying for credit and I received an alert. I am a very pleased customer and will recommend LifeLock to all of my family and friends. LifeLock is on the job!! What a great job!!!

LifeLock is great

LifeLock is great - we have been members for 10 years. The one thing I would like them to do better is a much quicker "alert notification" on spending above a certain threshold. Sometimes it takes days to get the alert — and if it were fraudulent — could be the difference between a case resolved and one that isn't.

Price is fair

Absolute rip off from a billing…

Absolute rip off from a billing standpoint. You sign up for Norton anti virus and they have an additional monthly subscription for “Ultimate Help Desk” that is easy to misunderstand when purchasing the software. The Ultimate Helpdesk is a $10 monthly fee. So after months of not seeing the draft and bring it to the attention of Norton, they tell you that you likely accidentailly signed up for it and under so circumstances will they backdate a refund. This was told after speaking with 6 representatives from overseas wasting 1.5 hours to actually cancel this unwanted subscription. Read the fine print people and be ready to speak with someone with such a thick accent that you will have trouble understanding them. All 6 had the same difficulty with conversation. Typical cut-cost overseas customer service who could care less about your time or your issue. It’s too bad because I’m sure the product is decent. I’ll try one of the other big names, Norton isn’t the only game in town. Hope this helped even one person. If you are elderly or not computer savvy, you will REALLY want to use caution when dealing with them. I’m a pretty sharp person when it comes to understanding procedures and navigating a cancellation, and this is what they did to me. Best of luck
