Nothings special. Too many points to have and too much time to spend to earn only 5 euros. Surveys not always available. Often at the end of survey you are not valid and earn only 1 point.

Deactivation/ no payout
After years of being a loyal member, the customer service team have decided to deactivate my account, along with 100's of others. When you email the customer support team you get a message stating that they are experiencing a high volume of messages. You then get a message saying that your account has been deactivated due to inactivity, they refuse to confirm/prove how long the account was inactive for. Siteing that the account was deleted. Since Lifepoints are a UK company they would be required to hold our information for at least three year to support there company financial accounts, since they would have to account for the incentives pending payout. It's interesting that for every person claiming deactivation or failure to payout there is a new person saying how wonderful the support team is, are these people even real.

Good site that is becoming scam
After several years with no single issue and reactive follow up of the few bugs, they decided to close my account and cancel the 2* 10€ redemption I had due to " violation of their general condition". When asking detail and knowing that I didn't do anything wrong, they just said they always defend their panelist but that here violation was accabling. I thus asked to have their proof as I knew I didn't violate their conditions at any point but they are unable to show any. If I would violate their conditions, I think that I would not have been allowed to stay something like 10years member of the panel Advice for readers, filter on recent, you will see that all are 1 stars, sign that despite a good average, things have changed and this site isn't thrustfull anymore. Don't lose your time there Après de nombreuses années sans le moindre soucis, et une gestion honnête des quelques bugs, ils ont décidé de fermer mon compte et bloquer mes 2 paiements en cours pour " violation des conditions générales". Ils auraient selon eux des preuves accablantes, mais ils refusent de les produire. Pour ma part, j'étais membre depuis près de 10ans et je n'ai rien changé, je ne vois donc pas pourquoi je serais soudainement devenu un fraudeur. A fuir donc, il y a d'autres sites plus honnêtes Avis aux lecteurs, filtrez sur plus recent, tous les avis sont mauvais, preuves que malgré une bonne moyenne, les choses ont changé et ce site n'est plus recommandable.
