Although my initial order seemed to have been accidentally misplaced, and supply prevented part of my order from being replaced, the customer service rep immediately found an alternative and a new order was promptly fulfilled.
This company is simply AMAZING
This company is simply AMAZING! I've been ordering bottles from them for years and the sprayers are top-notch! I've had other companies where a good percentage of the sprayers don't work or fail soon after using them. The PEOPLE at this company go above and beyond to make you a happy customer. I was wanting to order some sample bottles, but the ones I was looking at were out of stock. They said "Let me go look if we held some back" -- and when they came back said they had 2 of the matte black they would send along with a few others. They are simply wonderful people. Great company! I can't say enough!
