I received a beautiful bag from shar live stream. However the strap missed out the hooks and I had telegram shar and customer service, Sufi. Both of them replied me very fast and shar offered to collect the hooks from merchant and luckily Sufi mentioned office has additional hooks. I went down to office and fixed it and loving the bag so much . Great seller (shar) and excellent customer service (Sufi)😊 from both of them.
I've been shopping with Shar since Mar 2022. She's funny & very entertaining, haha but she's also very knowledgeable with regards to the products she's selling. Live shopping is so addictive I have to control myself!! So far most of my purchases are great & I seriously have space issues for my handbags!! haha
Overall it was a great shopping experience for me. Although there were some issues at the payment page but the customer service solved it promptly.
It’s such a pleasant and smooth shopping experience. Will definitely choose it again!

Great experience working with Livecommerce Entertainment. Smooth and easy on-boarding by the team. High sale target achieved.
Smooth transaction and reasonable delivery time. First purchase with Reebonz for a customised SMB was expecting a long delivery time but was pleasantly surprised that it just took about a month to reach me.
Shar is really one of the best live-streamer I came across. She is sincere, passionate about what she does and her laughers is just infectious. It’s such a great team, with Steph and Chris. Keep up the good work and keep all the great deals coming 👗👜💍🍝

Bought an artisan Italian bag for my wife's birthday. Thankfully delivery was prompt as item delivered was wrong design. Contacted customer service which was superb as resolution was swift. Right item made it in time for her birthday! Overall a trusted platform for item quality and impeccable customer service.

Their follow up service is very prompt and the staff are very helpful. I will definitely buy from them again. Thank you for your great assistance!
I have been purchasing online for almost 2 years and never had such a great experience with my purchases with Reebonz. Shock to receive my orders within 10 days from Italy to my doorstep today. Wonder how Reebonz manage to do it unlike others. Thanks Reebonz you make my day.
Colleagues were great to work with and the bosses gave me the opportunity to have autonomy over certain creative aspects which was good.
Staff was professional and courteous. Had an amazing collaboration with them on my products, highly recommend if you need to increase product awareness! A great first experience in the live commerce industry.
