Loaded is fast and easy to view and purchase. And Steam keys are always accepted and easy to copy and paste into the Steam desktop app. Though with my last purchase of Cities: Skyline Ultimate, I could not find what exactly the Loaded expansion pack contained. I still trusted Loaded and purchased the entire package. Old gammer; Rodger
I bought Halo: Campaign Evolved for PC to use with my Intel Arc GPU. Loaded’s listing did not disclose that the Xbox app/Microsoft Store version lacks Intel XeSS. The game’s known-issues information even mentioned XeSS without clearly stating that it was unavailable on this version, so I reasonably believed it was supported. I could only discover the limitation after redeeming and installing the game. Had it been clearly disclosed, I would have bought the Steam version instead. Loaded refused a refund because the key had been redeemed, despite redemption being necessary to discover the issue. After I raised a formal complaint, they offered only a £2 voucher and called it a “wrong purchase.” The staff were polite, but the actual issue was not properly addressed.
Hi Sean, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Kindly note that our product listing follows the information provided by the publisher/developer and the relevant platform. Once a digital key has been redeemed, it becomes permanently linked to the relevant account and can no longer be returned. For this reason, we’re unable to process a refund after successful activation. We recommend contacting the platform or game support for technical assistance. We appreciate your feedback and understanding.
A simple and easy purchase for a game I could register on Steam afterwards.
Thanks Christopher! We hope to see you back soon 😁

Loaded sold me a key that didn't work. *review edit, the key that was sold to me did not work but to Loaded support teams credit they did handle the refund resolution professionally and promptly. I will give them another go in the future based solely on my excellent customer support experience. Thank you support team!

I honestly expected the buy out and Re-brand to ruin CDKey, but so far they have kept the original idea going strong. I recommend using what is now Loaded for now, i shall be keeping an eye out and will be ready to change my review if anything should happen.
Legit. Everything worked fine!
Got the code within minutes. Thanks.
Glad to hear that! 🙌
Easy and smooth purchase. The one thing i miss however is a directly Link to redeem the key on Steam. Would make it easier when purchase is done on your cell phone. Other than that, Loaded is my go to when purchasing games nowadays, easy and good price.
Good service! It’s my first experience to use non-steam service for buying games for steam and it is positive experience!
