LogOnFixIt’s remote technician was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained step by step what he was going to do, so that I'd best understand his expert repair process. Now I have a virus-free computer and a ram heavy application that no longer automatically reboots every five seconds on start up. Thank you, Ravi and LogOnFixIt! You guys rock :)

Couldn’t get connected properly, called the number shown and…surprise! A real tech named Michael answered, was on his way to workplace, said he’d call in 20 minutes when he arrived. And he did. He spent hours (I watched). Went to bed while he was still at it. Started laptop this AM and it runs smoothly and fast. Promise kept.

Michael is the best 24/7 tech! He fixed my laptop when I had frozen screens! He took out a lot of malwares out of my laptop. And at the end my laptop was cleaned up and restored back to normal. So please give Michael from LogOnFixIt.com. The best! 🙂

These guys are AMAZING and I highly recommend! They are always extremely helpful when I have any computer problems. I thought I was going to have to buy a new laptop but they were able to fix my broken laptop start button. They are very reasonable on price and answer my calls promptly when I have questions.

1/28/23. Best computer repair company I've ever dealt with. Actually one of the best companies of any kind have I have ever dealt with. Return calls immediately. Most knowledgeable. There is no reason to take your computer into a shop and be without it for several days. You'll be glad you called these people. I guarantee it.
