The lenses I received were crashed!! I have tried talking to customer service on the website, the ai bot wasn’t helpful at all i showed proof and everything but nothing was done. I’m very disappointed with the product.

The a additional things that were sent, including contact cases and contact equipment to put the contacts in my eyes. The contacts works were great fit and were sent promptly and in a secure packaging.
