I purchased a gorgeous silver and turquoise ring from Lone Saguaro Designs to wear at my wedding, and when the item was misrouted by USPS (through no fault of the artist), they were so communicative and reassuring about every step and were ready to make me a brand new ring if the original didn't show up. Luckily it arrived a couple days later than originally expected, but now has a fun little adventure story and was such a beautiful addition to my wedding. Great customer service, great communication, and you can tell the artist puts so much love and care into what they do!
