I had a problem with the first ring I ordered. I put six names on it with birthstones and you could barely see them. I contacted the company and they were nice enough to tell me to pick out another one and they would send it which they did and it is beautiful I am so happy with this company and what they have done rectify my problem. I definitely recommend ordering from them.

Missing shipment
On February 22nd, I made a purchase for which I paid $3.99 for VIP service, plus $6.99 for express service. To this day, I haven't received my purchase, and no one has given me any information about it. They just tell me to check the tracking number, and the tracking number says it's waiting for the package to arrive from the supplier before being shipped.
