I placed an order, the money was taken out of my account, but I never received a tracking number and I can’t even get ahold of anybody to try and resolve this issue. I’m not pleased at all. This type of service is unacceptable. I can understand waiting for items but not to have an agent or someone respond with a tracking number is not OK. I will be filing a claim with my bank.

I placed an order with them and received part of my order. I am still owed 6 items. I submitted a ticket to file a complaint about the missing items & got a response back in less than 24hrs which was a plus. I received a response letting me know that the rest of my order was coming in a second shipment & was given a tracking number so I can track my order. That was on 4-5-20, and due to the Coronavirus I am being patient and trying to my package time to get to me. So this review will continue once I receive it or if anything else happens before hand.

I ordered 10 items on February 20th. I received 4 items and a $14.00 refund. They said that they don't have the materials, and refused to give me a refund. I spent $185.00 worth of items only received $50 00 value. Be aware this company is located in Chiana and complain that the coronavirus has affected their production. I am very disappointed if you can't deliver then give me a refund. I would not order again.

I was very skeptical about ordering from this site originally, The first time I used it back in November I receive my items within 4 weeks but not this time I decided to order more stuff because I liked my order from last time even though the clothes are hit-and-miss but it's cheap(but shipping🤦) so this time I place the order March 2nd and received some of my order April 3rd I'm missing three things out of my order. I keep writing them to let them know and I still have not got a response.

I ordered my items February 28th. I only received one piece of merchandise which took a month to receive. I'm highly dissappointed. I've contact them on numerous occasions which my order and tracking number was changed a couple times. I only received a $5.00 refund. I yet to receive my other items.

My orders took forever to come , the material feels super cheap an doesn’t fit like it was supposed to not only that I ordered more items they waited like three weeks to tell me tht item was out of stock ! But yes the website has cute clothes very nice prices , but not worth it at all ! Standard shipping is about a MONTH! An it’s like 14.00 hell NO !

I love the items but I was annoyed at the 1st customer service rep that I had the first time because she seem to not know anything about my orders but I was happy with LW bunny because she seemed to have accurate knowledge about the items and questions that I had.
