I ordered from them beginning of March with a delivery date of March 17th-20th. My tracking shows my items in New Jersey sinse March 13th with no updates. It’s been over 10 days with no answers. Reached out twice. So frustrating as this was an order I placed for my cruise that leaves next weekend.

I've ordered over $600 worth of merchandise my first order was March 2nd in the amount of $215 and it was promised delivery by March 18 and still nothing it's March 24 my second order was March 9 $276 and was supposed to be delivered today and nothing my 3 order March 12 $118 eta March 27 Ive order from them once before that's why I was comfortable with ordering again but at this point I want my stuff or my money

Customer service was great. They helped me out right away with my delivered ordered. I ordered my stuff to big and they got back to me instantly. Cute clothes just wish I ordered the correct size
Customer service responded and addressed my issue immediately. FYI my issue was that I ordered the wrong size and I contacted them before my order shipped. They changed the size for me with no problem.
I have been shopping with the company for years now and just about everything I purchased was a great fit and if it wasn’t they always made sure to accommodate me
I placed an order and never received it. Spent almost $200, waiting to hear something back from someone. This is crazy, never again! Either give me my money back or send me my things asap!

Ordered two orders one order was safe of 2-20 still haven’t received it the days are completely wrong service is horrible nobody likes to respond nobody has the correct date the other order, ordered 2-21 still haven’t received never again

Placed an order March 1 and still haven’t received anything delivery was supposed to be the 8th. I emailed multiple times they barely respond to them and just tell me it’s coming by the 11 through usps. Usps has not received anything and the 11 is tomorrow
