I rarely write reviews but I was throughly impressed with the service and professionalism by Lowes Air Duct cleaning. Camilo my technician executed the job with such care and detail to my home. Wish more companies conducted themselves in this manner, no bait and switches and no pressure on additional add-on services. Everything was communicated beforehand and scheduling was a breeze. Book these guys now!! A+ Service and quality of work!
Job well done! Respectful and honest.
Great company. Charged a normal rate. Sent a tech within 24hrs. Communicated via text message throughout the process. Did an excellent job and even pulled a Pepsi van from 1997 out of the ducting. Crazy.
The service was great! Scheduling was easy. The tech showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and did an excellent job. I am getting my mother's house duct cleaned with them as well.
We called and got an appointment for vent cleaning in the same week. Oswaldo Garcia was extremely nice and the cleaning needed was definitely more than we expected, but they took care of everything and more. Price was expensive but competitive with all other providers we talked to, and we felt like we could trust the Lowes team to do a good job from the start. The whole process was extremely smooth.
They were easy to communicate with, helpful, and affordable. They did everything we asked for and had friendly costumer service. I would highly recommend them and I will call them again in the future.
We needed our HVAC and dryer vents cleaned out, and the team was able to do a fantastic job - Bruno was efficient, friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. The pricing was also very fair and reasonable for the work being done. We would definitely use Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning again!
Punctual. Got the job done. No surprises.
The people who came to clean our ducts were friendly and professional. They were aware of what we needed and worked very hard to achieve that.
My technician, Jose, was here for nine hours. He never complained about the difficulty of the service and was helpful in describing just what he was doing. He was pleasant, efficient, honest and tidy. I would strongly recommend this company!
Prompt, professional and patient with client contact concerns.
Lowe's team arrived promptly, worked efficiently and professionally, and devised a practical solution to my dryer vent problem. Team left within 35 minutes. cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Lowes.

Jose was fantastic and did a very thorough job of cleaning the vents. He was professional and showed us before and after pictures of the work done. I would highly recommend Lowes.
Jose was professional, timely and explained exactly what he was going to do. At the end he gave us an honest opinion as to the condition our system was in . Really appreciated his hard work. I would recommend Lowes Air to others looking for thorough air duct cleaning.
Guys were professional, really cared about what they were doing and the outcome. They did a thorough walk through before they started and ask for and found things that I would have found.

The man from Lowes was prompt and courteous. He moved the equipment in efficiently and did a thorough job. I’m impressed that the treatment involved both vacuuming from the basement and forced air to each vent. I’ll definitely have Lowes clean my ducts when they need it again.
Camilo explained everything. Very thorough service. Will definitely use them again.
