Fair Rules, No Excuses, Lightning-Fast Payouts

Worst prop firm ever
Worst prop firm ever. After I created my account, I filled out the verification form, and it went into "Under Review." It's been more than 10 days, and my account is still under review. I haven't received a single email explaining if any documents are missing or if there's any issue. I also contacted support by email, but they haven't replied at all. If they can't even provide clear communication during the account verification process, I can only imagine what the trading experience would be like. Very disappointing.
THIS COMPANY CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD SEVERAL TIMES AND I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO DO SO.
I HAVE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF LUCID TRADING BEFORE NOW. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM.

Account setup took 30 minutes and support helped. Got funded same day and took my first payout $2k per account across 5 accounts for $10,000 total. It took them 27 minutes to deliver it to my bank from the time I got verified. THAT IS INSANELY QUICK. love these guys!!!!!

Lucid company failed to keep its promises
Lucid is sort of a delusional company. You cannot claim to be one of top leading companies unless you quit those fraud activities against your traders. If the company was doing that like intentionally then that would extremely inappropriate to have you on the trading space Mr AJ you robbing people and that's just a reflection of your inner being (greedy) because you do allow those sort of activities in the company. With all respect to that diamond spark within you, your employees have no right to deny or terminate any account unless the decision was based on a solid reason and only. otherwise it's just illusions and manipulation and greed from the company's part. Love the platform but my account got…
Love the platform but my account got revoked for a back charge I never initiated nor did my bank, they back charge doesn't even match the initial amount I originally paid. My bank has no idea, I have screenshots if proof but no one will speak to me? You could atleast hear my case.
Suddenly promote to live without paying, and then blocking my acount from the firm
I received a few small payouts. Then I have 2 funded account with big balance and going to qualify for payouts. Lucid suddenly upgrade my to the live account without paying me the balance (all funded account removed). I thought that's OK. However, when I attempt with the onboarding process to Live, even the KYC third party verified me successfully, it showed failed verification in the Lucid's portal. I tried many times, ask for support, they said change the browser but I still failed. Now they blocked my account from their platform. I just want to warn everyone to avoid this firm.
Good Trading Experience, But Extremely Disappointing Payout Support
I've generally enjoyed trading with Lucid Trading. The platform has been stable, the rules are straightforward, and I was able to build my account consistently.
I currently have over $15,000 in profit in my Select Funded account and have already received two successful payouts without any issues.
However, my experience with my third payout request has been very disappointing.
After qualifying for the payout, I was simply told:
"Your account has been escalated to our review team for further evaluation. Please allow 24–48 hours."
No explanation was provided as to why my account was escalated.
After waiting several days with no communication, my account was suddenly locked and I was asked to complete KYC verification again, even though I had already completed KYC previously.
I immediately completed the verification again and informed support, but my account has remained locked and I have received no meaningful response despite sending multiple follow-up messages.
The most frustrating part is not the review itself—I understand that security reviews and KYC checks are important. The issue is the complete lack of communication.
No email explaining why my account was locked.
No explanation for why a second KYC was required.
No update after completing verification.
Multiple support messages left unanswered.
When traders have significant profits and qualify for payouts, clear communication becomes even more important. A simple explanation and timely updates would go a long way toward maintaining trust.
I'm hoping this situation is resolved quickly, and if Lucid unlocks my account, completes the review, and honors my payout, I will gladly update this review to reflect that experience.
For now, I can only rate my experience based on the current lack of transparency and customer support.

My favorite prop firm.
Lucid is my favorite prop firm because of the simplicity of the whole experience. I trade the flex accounts and there are not a lot of rules and the ones they have are straight forward. As a result there are no worries about getting payouts approved because of some ambiguous rules. Just meet the payout requirements and your payout is practically guaranteed. Plus my experience with the payout process has been this, it's very quick. The money shows up in my bank account in minutes. But the best part of Lucid for me is the fact that they don't charge a monthly fee or an activation fee, it's just pay once and your done. This is why Lucid is my favorite prop firm, hands down.
Well, Lucid definitely has the fastest payout in the industry. I filled out the information with bank account and within 10 minutes the deposit was in my Bank. Pretty fricking amazing. Also, the dashboard is very user friendly and lastly the Chat is one of the fastest and intelligent Chats around.
