I placed my order on a Monday and on Tuesday I realized I had forgot and item. It was a small item and when I explained the situation to customer service he told me the order had already shipped. Then he followed up with let me take your order and I won't charge you shipping! Great experience I would highly reccommend!

Everything was what I ordered and fine. But the dropper top that was included was too small and didn't fit any of the bottles of color. But other than that, everything else was fine.

LPO has a great selection of materials and lures. My only complaint is the shipping prices. It goes up the more you buy whereas most places price based on weight, item, and location.
