I had issues - with my laptop in regards to Windows 10 Pro. Contacted Microsoft and they couldn't help me but then I contacted Lvlgo, and they assisted me straight away and were really quick and efficient with their service. Highly recommended! Best service I've received in a long time! Happy customer and will be dealing with them again real soon :)
Bought a PSN card from them yesterday and due to paypal it took until today to get the code. I received the email saying to transaction went through but I didn't receive the code until I went through their chat again to get it. Once received it worked fine. In chat they are fairly responsive and tried their best to help, but I would keep on top of it to prevent the code being used from people with code generators.
Was a little wary but they are legit. Bought a xbox gift card and immediately went on chat to ask how long it would take. A rep was taking to me within 2 minutes. They requested I send some ID verification , official ID, via chat or email. I immediately sent the requested info via chat and quickly got my codes. Whole process was less than 5 minutes. *note - I used my phone to chat, so talking a photo and sending was very easy, I would recommend using a phone! *
