Waited for my grandsons cushion to be delivered took over 2 weeks then arrived not worth the £40 I spent getting it the material is cheap and not like the website doesn’t look as plump sorry will not be returning

Nightmare service. I paid extra for VIP service and priority delivery to have the product delivered 5-7 business days after shipment. 12 business days later it has not arrived and they just say it's my problem and won't even refund the extra delivery charge. I have missed the event I needed the shirts for as well. 16/7/26. I have mailed your support line 5 times. You wouldn't help me until I published this public review 18/7/26 - this terrible company is now saying I did not pay for priority shipment and refusing to refund. This is fraudulent statement as the invoice for the order shows I paid for the service. Avoid this company unless you dont care about good service.
