I requested and paid for a hormon test and after 1 consultation was charged for and sent Thyroid and Testosterone with absolutely no testing to confirm I was even deficient. Customer service was very difficult to communicate with and basically told me, ohhhh sorry if you'd called the sane day we could have helped you.

This was my first experience like this and I was very pleased. I have spent several years trying to get my Primary Care Provider to start me on TRT and it was a constant fight that got me no where. Any questions or issues that come up. Are addressed throughly and very prompt. I left male excel to find a provider that was cheaper. That was a major mistake. Sometimes a simple question about tracking a delivery would take several emails/text messages before I got answer. When I rejoined Male excel from my intake to restarting me TRT was less than a week. Excellent care/service. I highly recommended them.
