Always a great experience. Orders arrive on time and in excellent condition. Product walkways outstanding thus repeat purchase. Service is second to none. Time from order to arrival can vary from two days to three. No other providers are so efficient.

Description of the product and service is very good but I am disappointed in that after 6 days I have not seen any change. Maybe I am expecting too much. I will continue for the 14 days but if there is no change I will ask for a refund plus the guarantee from the ad presenter.)

The company responds to my review here but won't respond to my emails. This is my second attempt to resolve my incomplete order (#750562). If I don't not receive a response from my emails by the 31st of July, I will have no choice but contact my credit card company to dispute the transaction. It has been over a month since I placed the order and two and half weeks since I reported the issue. I will contact the BBB and the FTC as well. I do not want to go down this path. I want to resolve this inconvenience between us.
