The installation crew was efficient and…
The installation crew was efficient and professional and did a thorough job. The sales presentation over hyped or the system under performs, maybe a little of both. I know this because every night the battery is on standby by 11:00pm.
I never received a demonstration on how to read digital display panel. And no one has yet to tell me if I have an automated switchover, when power goes out, or a Manuel. I know this because power went out for 10 minutes on a sunny afternoon and I was without power while I watched the panel generate 4kw and send it all to the battery.
Still waiting for an explanation on that matter.
I’ve also inquired about what documentation and receipts I will need to do my taxes next year. As of today, I have a one page e-mail invoice for $39,400 stating paid in full. No
response to date.

Jeff,
I am sorry to hear you were not 100% satisfied with your system or sales team. I was informed that our team has reached out to you and resolved the issues or concerns. I feel there was some miscommunication between all parties but in all it has been resolved. I do apologize for any hassle and this is not how we operate at Maui Solar Project, if the items have been addressed we would very much appreciate a revised review. Thank you again for your time and efforts.
Regards,
Maui Solar Project

Maui Solar Project helped me supplement my electric with solar to save on high Hawaii electric bills. I can't run all of my appliances off of solar yet, but having some of my stuff on solar is making a big difference.
Customer service was top notch. They made sure I got the right system and set it up for me. Great job Maui Solar Project. Mahalo again.
