There was some technical issues with my account so I called them by phone. My call was picked up very quickly and the representative was so polite and most of all compassionate. The issue was resolved timely and she also followed up with me. It's not just digital, but it's also personal service.

It's either my second or third time using this service over the last couple of years. Unlike some, it hasn't degraded at all: It took all of EIGHT MINUTES for my HBP meds to be refilled! Can't get much better than that...

I didn't like that I was told this was my final refill and it was supposedly for my good because I needed a doctors appointment.. First of all my insurance lapsed I wasn't aware and I had missed enrollment period.. I'm currently searching diligently for the right plan and speaking to health plan customer service reps to find a good plan for my budget.. Before making a decision that I'm just refilling without intentions of seeing a doctor make sure you know someone intentions... Then said after I have a Dr. Appointment I can get refill.. I don't know about that. It's helpful to know the entire background about anything.
Hello. At MDAnywhere our team strives to deliver the best experience for its users. Safety is always our number one priority. An in-person visit with labs is recommended after about a year of refills again for the safety of the patient. Similiar to what an in-person provider requests. Once labs are complete, patients are welcome to use our services again. In general, patients are sent messages letting them know that lab work will be needed before their next visit. Please give us a call at 1(800)-632-4981 to discuss further or request a possible courtesy 30-day refill.
I was surprised how easy it was to use this service. I utilized the service for a medication refill. When I submitted my info, they quickly got back to me determining that more info was needed. I submitted the required pics and documentation and my prescription was quickly refilled. MDAnywhere was cost effective, quick, and easy to use. I’ll definitely use them again when needed.

Didn't realize my blood pressure meds were completely out until the break of dawn on a Sunday morning. Searched Google for "reputable telehealth med refill" and nervously compared four or five companies before settling on MD Anywhere. I registered and entered my information for the prescription refill and submitted my payment. I did not see a link or anything to the appointment and began to panic. I immediately went to the chat icon on the website and as I was typing my concern, my phone notified me that Dr. Kelly had sent my refill to CVS and confirmed the pharmacy's address! It was as simple as that! Within two hours, I was back at home with the Rx in my hand. Apparently, Rx refill requests do NOT require the video visit. Either way, I am completely satisfied and extremely grateful.
