The food was delivered on time. Excellent taste and good proportion. Way to go.
It’s great to hear that both the taste and portion sizes are hitting the mark. Delivering meals on time while maintaining quality is something we take seriously, so we’re glad that stood out. - Meal Prep Sunday Team
Love love love Meal Prep Sunday! Not only do they offer a variety of meals to choose from each week but they also taste delicious! I’ve been ordering for a few weeks now and there hasn’t been a meal I didn’t enjoy!
We love hearing this — especially after a few weeks of ordering. Consistency matters, and knowing every meal has hit the mark for you is exactly what we aim for. The weekly variety is something we put a lot of focus on, so you’re never stuck eating the same thing, while still keeping that same level of flavor in every meal. Really appreciate you sharing your experience and being part of the community! - Meal Prep Sunday Team
Talk about variety, easy to use app, and the best of all…..more time for me to train and study ! Delicious game changer for me. Give them a week and watch you will be satisfied.
Variety and app usability are key priorities for us, so it’s great to know they made your experience seamless and enjoyable. - Meal Prep Sunday Team
I've been using this service for over a year now, and it has completely changed my weekly routine. As someone with a packed schedule, the primary goal was to claw back time spent grocery shopping, prepping, and--most importantly--scrubbing dishes. On that front, it's been a total win. However, the real reason I've stayed loyal for 12+ months is the flavor. Before settling on this company, I tried three other popular meal delivery services, and honestly, most of them started to taste like "airline food" or cardboard after a few weeks. This is the first service where the meals actually taste fresh, well-seasoned, and restaurant-quality. The variety keeps things from getting boring, and I genuinely look forward to eating their meals. The breakfast options are definitely my favorite but that goes for most restaurants that offer both.
It’s incredible to hear that Meal Prep Sunday has become such a reliable part of your weekly routine over the past year. Knowing we’ve helped reclaim time spent grocery shopping, prepping, and cleaning while keeping your meals exciting and flavorful is exactly what we strive for. We take pride in making every meal taste fresh and well-seasoned, and it’s rewarding to hear that our menu rotation and breakfast options stand out compared to other services you’ve tried. Thank you for sharing how much you enjoy the food and for sticking with us- your loyalty and detailed feedback truly mean a lot. - Meal Prep Sunday Team
Probably one of the best meal prep company's around since all their food is fresh and the menu rotates every week and their is never a bad meal.
It’s great to hear that the freshness of the meals and the rotating weekly menu stand out to you. Our culinary team works hard to keep things interesting week after week while maintaining consistent quality, so feedback like this means a lot. We’re glad the meals have been hitting the mark for you! - Meal Prep Sunday Team
I’ve tried a few meal services and this one has been the best balance of taste, attention to macros, and overall volume of food per meal. I actually appreciate that there are 5 meal options per meal type (breakfast/lunch/dinner) to keep things simple, and that every week these options are totally refreshed. I’ve never yet had an issue with the meals not being delivered on time or any other packaging/quality control issues. Would highly recommend!
It means a lot to hear this comparison, especially from someone who has tried multiple meal services. Finding the right balance between flavor, proper macros, and satisfying portions is exactly what we aim for, so we’re glad that combination has stood out to you. We also appreciate you mentioning the menu structure. Keeping a focused selection while refreshing the meals every week is designed to keep things simple without getting repetitive. Thanks for the recommendation and for trusting us with your weekly meals! - Meal Prep Sunday Team
I've been using Meal Prep Sunday and I honestly couldn't be happier! The variety of meals is impressive — there's always something new and exciting to try. The food is absolutely delicious and you can tell real care goes into the preparation. Delivery was right on time and everything arrived fresh and ready to go. On top of that, their app is super easy to use and their customer service is top-notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, tasty, and reliable meal prep service! Price is a little higher if you want to hit Macros but I think it's still great. Would be a long term loyal customer if price can come down a notch!
Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear you’re enjoying the variety, freshness, and overall experience- from the meals themselves to the app and delivery. It means a lot that you recognize the care that goes into the preparation. We also appreciate your honest feedback about pricing when targeting specific macro goals. As a first-timer trying Meal Prep Sunday, I honestly didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The ordering process was straightforward, and everything was clearly labeled, which made it easy to pick meals that fit my goals. When I opened the meals, they looked fresh and well-portioned. After heating them up, the food didn’t taste “mass-produced” like I feared. The protein portions were generous, the rice wasn’t dry, and the vegetables still had texture. Everything felt balanced and satisfying without being overly heavy. As someone new to meal prep services, I appreciated how convenient it was no grocery shopping, no cooking, no cleaning. It definitely makes staying on track with nutrition much easier during a busy week. Great experience overall. I’d order again.

I really liked the quality/taste of the food. I just didn't like the fact that if a meal is not available, they automatically chose a meal for you at random. There is however an option to not substitute without authorization. I did not know about this feature till I talked to customer service member Sabrina (which was very nice btw). Overall, it was a good week so far. Thinking of weather I should continue or not.
Thank you for sharing your experience — we’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the quality and taste of the meals. We appreciate you calling out the substitution experience as well. You’re absolutely right that customers can opt out of substitutions, and we apologize that this wasn’t made clearer upfront. Huge thanks to Sabrina for stepping in and helping clarify — we’ll be sure to pass that along. Your feedback helps us improve how we communicate these options, and we truly appreciate you giving us a try. If you have any questions or need help customizing your future orders, our team is always happy to assist. - Meal Prep Sunday Team

We are loving meal Prep Sunday! My husband and I both work full time, and we get pretty busy to plan and make dinner. Meal Prep Sunday has helped us greatly. The food arrives every Sunday in an ice packed bag, and ready to eat. My husband is extremely picky when it comes to food, and he calls these meals “gourmet, restaurant quality food”. The meals are delicious. I’ve recommended this plan to my family and friends. Real time saver, and the food is always full of flavor and a great selection to choose from.

I am so glad I found Meal Prep Sunday! I just recently started making lifestyle changes, including eating healthier and exercising, and these meals have been a lifesaver! The food is very delicious and tastes like home cooking. I don't have to worry about skipping breakfast because I'm too busy since all I have to do is heat up some chorizo and egg breakfast tacos, which are to die for, or their delicious protein pancakes, and I'm set! It beats having to cook separately for myself when I'm making dinner, and it's so much less stressful. I tried their juices as part of a reward I received, because you get one each time you order, and they are so good that I added 5 to my next subscription. The ghost pepper juice has to be my favorite! I loved them so much, I added them to my subscription! You have the option to change your plan, choose the meals you want, and add extras to your next order through their easy to use portal. Their customer service is on point, and you get to talk to real people for answers to your questions! I'm down 5 pounds since starting with them because I have more time to plan and do my workouts since I don't have to worry about meal prep. I'm so glad I found them!

I had a really disappointing experience with Sunday Meals. My recent order included the wrong meals, and several of them smelled bad — clearly spoiled. I had to throw some of them away for safety reasons, and only a few remained in my fridge. When I contacted customer service, they told me they wouldn’t offer a refund or replacement because I didn’t take pictures of everything. I explained that I threw some meals out because they were inedible, but they still refused to help. It feels like they care more about sticking to a policy than making things right for paying customers. I used to enjoy their service, but after this experience and the lack of accountability, I won’t be ordering again — and I don’t recommend them unless you’re okay with receiving spoiled or wrong meals and being blamed for it.
Hi Maria! We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been. Your feedback is taken seriously, and we’ve been working to improve our quality control, order accuracy, and support processes to prevent issues like this from happening in the future. While mistakes do occasionally occur, we are continuously striving to provide a safer, more reliable, and satisfying experience for every customer.
