They’re pretty sneaky with how they make you pay double on the back end with no warning or permission and don't give you access to your billing. Huge lack of communication from their end. I have reached out multiple times with no response and no one there has attempted to get back to me either. Although the timing was not consistent, they did deliver the product. But you can get this stuff anywhere, go with a company who is more honest and upfront with your account and money.

She was great.Knowledgeable, professional, and a excellent communicator.
My eighth shipment showed up warm, when I addressed it to the company before injection I told them my concerns there response was it would be fine to use, that it does still work when it in warm. After taking the 3 rd of 4 injections with NO results I contacted the company again. I told them That this was the first month that I lost zero weight and gained 3 pounds so it must not have been fine. Support said that this happens sometimes, and that my body was plateauing. They would not replace that shipment or refund my money. I then tried to cancel my order which is not easy to do and they charged my card again & shipped out another box which unfortunately, that box was stolen and because they showed that it was delivered to my address. They were no help in getting a refund on that either so I went to a different provider. Be aware that in order for me to cancel I had to cancel my card and get a new one from the bank. Not to mention that originally when I started the price was $179. I was not told it was gonna go up to $349 after that
