A lot of the features you'd expect are just missing. can't edit a message after you've sent it. can't search your conversations. can't pin important chats. these aren't complicated things to build but they're not here

I was completely locked out of my login yesterday and feared the worst. I messaged support and a rep named Sarah got me back into my account within a few minutes. If this happened on Tinder or Hinge, I’d still be waiting for a generic copy-pasted reply. They really set themselves apart with this. However if we are being honest, i dont think a paid app should have such problems. Fix it and it will be easily 5 stars

seems like everyone ive chatted with can make post, news feeds on profile , send vedio and audio messages but myself. would also enjoy being able to do the same but keep being told it's only being tested out on some customers not all but doesn't seem that way to me.
